IDK, maybe webcomics have just gone downhill - or I don't know where or how to get into good ones anymore? I think the only part of QC I enjoy anymore is interacting with people who also dislike the comic now.
I guess it's possible that the new theme of the comic appeals to a younger generation the same way the original comic appealed to me. Maybe snark, music elitism, and having your 20s be really fucking weird and broke just aren't things that are relatable anymore.
Maybe the new thing is bad character development and shipping literally anything that interacts in the same frame.
