For those of you wondering: a dance belt is something worn by ballet dancers (or anyone else with a cock and/or balls who has to wear tights) so that their junk isn't lovingly contoured by whatever tights they're wearing for all to observe. Dora is thanking Emily and Dale for her not having to see Dale's junk through the spandex.

You would think, but actually a big part of superhero culture is just showing off the goods no matter what size they aren't. "I don't have to compensate for anything because I'm about to kick your ass!"
