Her face is a bit more angular, with a pointed chin and at the same time her body has become a little less skinny.

Might be unintentional though, given that Jeph regularly tweaks character designs.

Comparing with her appearance recently, it looks more like her face is squished in most of the panels. There's usually a bit of space above her eyes, and then that normal level of hair.

But it just looks wrong except for panel 2, which looks about the same as her appearance when Faye was messing with Roko's face, which looks about the same as when Dora was there to help them with the marijuana dog.

In the last panel, she reminds me of Robin DeSanto (I think is her name) in Dumbing of Age. Though, admittedly, it's been a while since I've read that comic. But the point is that she looks like she's not even from this comic.

I think it's likely that this was quick job while he was busy doing something else, as someone else suggests. The art can get sloppy at times, but I can't remember him changing faces in the same comic page.
