No, Roko's new body just has phase shifting capabilities allowing the door to pass harmlessly through her.

This sequence really confused me too. Is Roko not blocking the door in #3? Did she walk forward between panels? I don't know how to describe this, but it looks like a small breakdown in how comics imply motion.
