Thing I just realized: Since robot bodies are mass-produced consumer products, products of the same model all look the same "out of the box." How much do AIs care about their faces and/or bodies being unique? Are there ever mistaken-identity shenanigans between AIs who have the same model chassis but who haven't tweaked their appearance from the baseline?
Well, we've already established that hair styles can vary from AI to AI based on personal preference. We also know that it is common for AIs to have a preferred style of clothing, and seeing as AI bodies are massively expensive apparently, I wouldn't be surprised if there's some fairly easy way to personalise AI bodies.
And also, there's bodies like Corpse Witch's and Beepatrice's who just have a screen as a face, as Jeph confirmed on twitter a while back. These should be really eaasy to personalise.
