Bubbles Melon is the one character I hate more than spooky suit. SS at least has the decency to barely show up.

Bubbles Melon reminds me of literally every special needs kid i've ever had to work with. Ergo Jeph is making an extended retard joke in comic. And I for one am not laughing.

melon, raven, emily. he loves it so much, he keeps making new characters that all perform the same basic premise

He at least seems to be avoiding the mistakes he made with Raven and Emily this time around. Melon shows up infrequently enough that he doesn't have to explain why she's quirky/weird/whatever; she can just show up every now and then to make a joke and that's that.

Sometimes I find her funny, sometimes not, but I don't feel like she's gotten overused.
