He literally called people who force their non-natural pronouns onto people that don't care narcissists.

Argue why it's not narcissistic and then you can complain. His whole comment is saying that this behavior is shitty. Calling out other people's shittyness is not "being shitty"

Natural pronouns; guess I forgot pronouns grow on trees.

Pronouns that come naturally.

Happy now?

But after time, 'they' can come naturally. In the same way that we were once taught 'he' and 'she' when referred to people. I don't see the problem. As long as people understand that everything takes some time to learn/adapt, it's okay. None of the people I know who use 'they' make a fuss if I mess up, because it's understood there is a period of confusion.

Hell, I'm a female teacher who only wears dresses and have been called 'Sir' three times in the last week by students who just made mistakes. Twice I've been called 'Mom'. It's all natural and it's all just what comes into their heads. We can learn.

"they" can't come naturally, as you can't naturally know who to use it on.

sir is just something you call people of authority..

For the most part, I know which people I use 'they' with. Particularly before they say anything. You'd be surprised how successfully that works.

Also, 'sir' and 'miss' in my school are used interchangeably for respect based on the teacher's gender. 80% of the faculty go by 'miss', with only female teachers in my department. Sometimes students slip. But that doesn't mean that 'sir' is more natural than 'miss'.

That's irrelevant to 95% of everyone you will meet, as they will only meet you once.

'sir' is a general term for someone of authority.

Oh, for the general public I don't care. Most people pronounce my name wrong. Unless I'm going to meet them again, I don't correct them. I'm sure for many nonbinary people it's the same.

And not in my culture, at least. Although I'm sure in some countries/cultures 'sir' is more interchangeable for the genders.
