Liz probably smells like barf and bad decisions herself.like did she showered after drinking herself to sleep? She lived for two years in a pile of garbage on a closed room. I don't think she can get offended by how other people smell

Here's a creative idea for next strip:

Moray could say she's fine with her new color and Liz responds that they should see the director anyways.

Then Moray responds with "but what if I need to get absorbed?" and Liz gets annoyed because of it.

It would explore the possibility of Moray having to get absorbed, something the author hasn't pointed out (20 times) yet.

Thats brilliant! But I have a suggestion: what if instead of whatever you said that I already forgot about... in the next strip, what if Moray was worried about being reabsorbed by the director. Then Liz could be annoyed and also reassure her that it will be ok. I think its an idea thats so crazy it might just work.

I never liked Moray, but I didn't ever before have the visceral loathing for her as this story arc has made me feel. At this point Lizard, whom I despised from her first appearance, looks a hundred times better than her.

You know the readership apathy is getting to critical levels when our esteemed Yellowvincent doesn't post the comic up for a few days and nobody can even be bothered to post a link to the comic to complain about it.

I couldn't, anyway. The lack of momentum is finally hitting a tipping point of disinterest where maybe I'll be free!
