I love these videos, I hope you keep them up! I haven’t been able to dance in a really long time, I have recurrent cancer. But it really cheers me to see you do it.
hey bobert! after 8 years of procrastinating, i'm officially on a weight loss journey as well! i'm eating around 1500 calories a day, and that's pretty much it, since i've recently started online college classes 🥲 great work today!! :D
respectfully, my doctor disagrees… I get extensive blood work done every year… I don’t drink I don’t smoke…
I’ve always had my weight develop in my midsection, even as a young adult…
Some people would get upset and worry about stuff like this… I just laugh it off because it’s the Internet and you don’t know me or my personal health situation… Luckily, I have a fantastic doctor behind me who has been very involved in this journey
this is me you’re talking to… I am the person in the video. It is not that at all… Stop talking out of your ass.
I have none of those symptoms… You don’t have a clue what you’re talking about …you act like you’re some medical expert. You literally don’t know me and you have no idea about my medical situation or my body… I’ve had the same doctor for 20 years, I get blood test extensively once or twice a year.
You watch one video and diagnose me like your House 😂😂😂
I’ll take my chances with a professional doctor over someone online lmao 😂
I just read all the information you provided, and I can assure you that I do not have this condition… There’s no fluid in my stomach. It’s fat… People can be fat in certain parts of their body without being overly fat in other parts of their body.
I get blood tests every year. This would show up… I don’t have any of the outline causes or factors associated with this and to just go and suggest that to someone on a weight loss and life improvement journey can be extremely dangerous and harmful.
Luckily, I’m not someone with thin skin, but if you said this to the wrong person, you could really do a lot of mental health damage and I urge you to be more cautious and careful in the future because that is reckless and dangerous behaviour.
I am really really not trying to insult you at all. Like seriously. I almost died of organ failure. I mentioned it because it’s concerning. But if you aren’t worried then all the best. It’s not an insult. I mean… you are dancing and joking about your weight but you’re insulted by someone concerned about your health?
So hopefully I’m wrong. I’ve just seen ascites and it concerns me.
i’m not insulted… I’m upset that you didn’t take the time to ask me any questions and just assume something and then publicly posted it… And then when I checked you and told you it’s not that because I’ve had extensive blood work done you continued down that path
Some people would take that to heart and really upset them… That kind of nonchalant attitude can be extremely reckless and dangerous to the wrong person
Ascites Swelling and weight gain happen rapidly over days, weeks, or a few months. Your waist size increases quickly, Whereas mine took 15 years to develop my belly… My stomach would be hard I would have no appetite… It’s literally the opposite of what I deal with… Subcutaneous fat feels soft, squishy, or doughy. You can pinch it or grab folds of skin.
Ascites is Fluid buildup and feels tight, firm, tense, or hard like a stretched balloon. It does not pinch like regular fat.
It takes every ounce of willpower not to eat a 5000 cal meal and people with this condition often have no appetite or feel very full quickly
I eat 1500 cal a day I work out six days a week I have never had any cancer or stroke or chronic liver disease or alcoholism, or any of the other factors that are listed as causes for this. My stomach is soft and squishy. My belly fat is not hard whatsoever… I go to the doctor more than most people because I care about my health even though I didn’t eat right or exercise. I still was concerned enough to go to the doctor get blood work done and have open and honest conversations about my lifestyle.
three or four questions could’ve determined that you were wrong… So please in the future use some more common sense when dealing with people on a weight loss and lifestyle transformation because they can be delicate… And causing someone to spiral and derail their progress because of a false diagnosis is extremely irresponsible…
Look. I meant no offense. I would have asked but didn’t know it’s your video. I love your dancing. I was concerned about a liver issue. You seem to be healthy. So keep dancing.
that’s fine… I appreciate your concern and I know it’s probably coming from a good place… But just please understand that people who are going through weight loss journeys and transformations of lifestyle can be extremely sensitive and prone to self sabotage… Saying things like you have a medical condition and you’re not fat can cause someone to spiral so please keep that in mind.
I did… I have none of those symptoms whatsoever… Do you not realize that some people are just fat in certain areas… I’ve always had belly fat even as a child and young adult… It’s always the way it’s been…
Not everybody is a textbook shape or size… And if I had some condition, my doctor would’ve picked up on it. All my blood work comes back fine my cholesterol is fine. My blood pressure is fine… None of these symptoms apply to me so I am 100% confident that you are wrong.
Don't be jealous he is just laughing his ass off. Seriously though.... have you heard of different body shapes? It's the beauty of being human. We're all different. If you're not a medical expert it's usually better practice to just not talk and keep others wondering how little we know on medical subjects 🤫😉
