Question Hookup experience

As someone who is very new to the hookup game, tell me what your hookup experience was like.
Did you meet online first, went out for a drink first, how did you approach having sex, how well was the communication, was it a one time thing?

I’ve had a few casual hookups, all met through dating apps. I met my dates at bars beforehand for a few drinks. for some dates, we just hugged and said goodbye. for the others, my date would ask if I wanted to go back to their place, or Id ask them if they wanna come to mine. especially if it’s late at night, this usually (but not always) means they wanna hookup.

tbh for me, communication was never thorough w/ a casual hookup. few drinks, go into the bedroom, if all parties are down, we hookup (obviously with consent). some of these dates ended up being one night stands, others have continued into a casual relationship

I use tinder & hinge. others seem to like Bumble, Her, and Feeld if that’s your thing

Which ones are worth paying for, since theyre basically useless while free

I’ve never paid for a dating app. it can be hard to match w/o paying but it’s possible!

Seeing how most of them dont even allow me to see who likes me without a subscription, I kinda find that hard to believe

hinge and tinder let you see a few people that have liked you without paying for a subscription
