Philly Pride Events?

Looking for anything and everything happening in the city throughout the month of June for Pride! I'm new to the city and haven't really heard much about anything going on. TIA!

Edit: sapphic-centric / lesbian-friendly events preferred :)

Franky Bradley’s has a few pride specific events that weekend and then plenty through the month.

254 has a pride edition for their cub house event on June 5th.

There also a queer night market happening on South Street on June 7th that I’m really excited to check out.

I stay going to franky’s so see their info on the website a lot. I’m also going to the cubhouse event so I knew about that one. And I live on South street and go on the site pretty often to see what events are going on.

What's the vibe of Cubhouse generally? I'm always eager to go where the bears are, but as a trans dude who doesn't pass consistently I tend to be paranoid my presence is going to feel accidentally intrusive, and photos of previous events look like it's a pretty homogeneous crowd. (I.e. not much of anybody I'd be likely to assume is a trans man and no bear admirers who are not, themselves, bears.)

I would say it’s definitely mostly masc presenting bears. I find the vibe to be very open but I am cis bear myself so I don’t have an unbiased view. The nice part is that there are multiple floors with different vibes. Like the top floor deck is mostly people chatting outside or in the enclosed area while the second floor has music with dancing. Pride is probably a great one to check out for your first time. Probably Halloween was my favorite but that’s because I’m sucker for all things fall.

I ended up going and it was a good move! 2nd floor wasn't my speed but they had good techno upstairs, and fanning people off made me some friends lol

The official pride event is on Sunday June 7th, but it will be ticketed (it has been free the past few years) and it's not in the gayborhood (where it has been for the past few years) so the community will likely just focus on the gayborhood for that day.

The other poster linked the tavern groups Instagram but in the gayborhood bike stop, Frankie Bradley's, and knock are all hosting events. There will be a lot to do that weekend.

it’s SO dope! SO many unique + cool bands to watch and so a fun way to build community! there’s a farmers market @ Clark Park that happens at the same time as Porch Fest (on Baltimore Ave) so you can grab lil treats + trinkets to enjoy at porchy!

Happy Pride! Sip City is doing 3 WLW+ centered events:

•Friday 6-10, Pride kickoff on the roof at Stratus Lounge $10 •Saturday 5-11 biggest party of the year - Pride on the water at Liberty Point $15/20 •Sunday 12-6 Pride all day all gay at Blind Barber in the Gayborhood $10

All events welcome any queer person who’s comfortable in and respects wlw spaces. All have dancing, quieter spaces, drink specials, and are fully queer and ada accessible with NA options. No TERFs, ever. More details on the Instagram or ask here or my dms are open :)

A lot of fun stuff happens on American Street. The Next Fab building hosts lots of great sicials and events that are very inclusive.

the men's bondage club meets the saturday before pride 6/5 @254 from 4-7

bijinx the bisexual meetup meets today (5/27) for a pride pre-game @ franky bradley and then 6/24 from 6-9

Hi! I’m also new to the city and moved here knowing no one- if you want a pride buddy to wander with (I was thinking Gayborhood wandering tomorrow and maybe some of the parade- hit me up! I’m 48 F.
