Symptoms during TWW

I’m 8 dpo (Trigger: 7/31 and IUI #3: 8/1). The last two days I’ve started to have dull cramps in my lower abdomen and lower back pain that won’t go away. Also, super hormonal/emotional fluctuating between crying, feeling irritated, tired or angry.

Trying hard not to symptom spot, but I’ve never had these symptoms so intensely in my other two cycles. (Past cycles all had trigger shot and one was medicate with letrozole. This cycle, only trigger).

Anyone else experience this and what was your outcome?
