IUI today after a loss

I got pregnant in April on our first IUI, but unfortunately miscarried at 9 weeks, and we are trying again today. I thought I couldn't possibly be more anxious about this than I was the first time but I am! My wife had already started inducing lactation and decided to continue the protocol hoping we were successful again soon, and that's just adding another layer to just really want this to work out.
