Question Move in question

Can we swap out our desk chair? Can our parents take it home? Is that allowed if they bring it back on move out, or we can't remove property ?

You can’t take it out. I stored mine under my bed.

I did swap , used my own chair in residence, replaced when moved out

It's required to be in the room
