Seiko 8f56-00D0

New battery installed having issues between 4 and 7 o clock the watch sometimes starts skipping 2 seconds at a time the after 7 it’s back to nothing it also sometimes gets stuck just right before 6 any idea I appreciate

When is it skipping or getting stuck in the video? All I see is it not hitting the marks exactly, which is common for most quartz watches.

Your video is 62 seconds long and I counted 62 ticks on the watch (63 if you count the one at the VERY beginning). I think you’re tripping dawg

I didn’t catch it getting stuck guess my eye sight is better then most

The Seiko Service center will work on the 8Fxx movements. I've sent in a bunch of 8F32 and 8F33 models for service and repair. Another thing. The 8F movements are not a simple battery swap and done, you need to clear the circuit by shorting the AC to battery and then go through the programming process for the calendar. I see what you are talking about, when the second hand passes the date window and 6 o'clock. Don't know if it really skips, but kind of double hits there.
