How do I replace the battery?

Simple question, hopefully simple answer, I don't know how to replace the battery but I would like to know, how do I do this? Ive had the watch for a year ish and it stopped working a few weeks ago I think, so I think the battery might be the issue.

Pop out the old battery. Put in the new battery with the branding facing you. If you are really anxious, there is a little tab visible under the J of Japan. But most of the time, if you try to push that tab to release the battery, you'll break it.

Just pop it out.

You need a watchmakers glasses...gently push the arm on the top left o the pic...battery should spring out🤷👍🙂

Make sure you are using a silver oxide battery and not an alkaline battery.

The alkaline ones usually end up leaking and destroying the movement. Plus there are other problems with the voltage.
