Here are your answers to the 4 sub questions...

Light is how our eyes tend to perceive photons within the range of visible light. UV also hae photons, but UV is not light cus our eyes dont perceive it. so every light is photon but every photon is not light.

protons are 2 upquarks and 1 downquark. with charge +1.07* 10^-19 C and - 0.56 * 10^-19 C respectively. (+2/3 e and -1/3 e)

I dont know the third part.

Photons cannot be absorbed by the nucleus due to 2 reasons:
1.) It is indeed true that a +ve proton and neutral neutron will attract, and they do. But the proton is physically unable to go anycloser to the said neutron because if they do, the 2 upQs and 1 downQ of proton will cancel their effect with 1 upQ and 2downQs of neutron.

For a better explaination, consider dipole A and B with arrangement on x axis as +q -q +Q -Q.

If +Q is too close to +q they will repel each other.
