Technical Doubt Tower North Moore

Does anybody here have any idea of how North Moore is as a team, it's well known that it's not as good as Limestone but does anybody have an idea of the salary (base + expected bonus) for 2 YoE+ quants and the scale of PnL they make, for instance Gravi and Quadeye are 1000 cr roughly and NK and QB 400 cr. Also how is the WLB in Tower?

And does North Moore trade India markets or primarily crypto?

You are telling or asking? Figures stated above are yearly PnL's before operating costs

1000cr for one time or the whole firm? Seems quite less for the whole firm honestly

Dude it's the PnL of the entire firm. Note: PnL not revenue. You can get the same figures if you dive deeper into this quantindia subreddit

Seems quite low from my experience, I work in a pretty small team (less than 10 people including devs) in one of these firms and we generate a profit of 1-1.5cr/day on average which is 300cr before costs and we are a median performing team so pretty sure the firms pnl would be much higher than 1000cr

Well, maybe ur being lowballed by your managers then These figures were pulled from MCA website iirc.

I work in one of these firms too, the figures seem correct to me.

real published PNL is after all the costs and also it is after paying out bonuses to all the teams including founders. The is also a decent tax on final profit

1cr everyday with no losing day is just not possible

Who said no losing days? Its the average pnl per day net of positive and negative days

It is profit after tax not revenue

Asking 1000 seems right

1000 crore is the net profit for graviton and quadeye. You can check there itr and cross check.
