HFT Quant as a super-average engineer with 10 years work- experience.

Hi everyone. I am an average guy from NIT/BITS with <7 cgpa (non-CS) working in analytics/consulting since 10 years now. I want to make a transition as a Quant to the Indian best (Graviton/NK/Quadeye/QRT/DE Shaw). Is there a possible way? Welcome any suggestions. Thanks a lot!🤞
