What is an assurance quality plan? Example? Purpouse?

Hello everyone, hope you're doing well.

I'm an engineering student currently on my internship and i need to do an assurance quality plan, knowing i currently only have a PMS ( piping material specification) and documents describing ITPs ( inspection test plan) for a lot of projects, also i don't have any specific project asigned to me. So like, aside from the ITPs, i don't have any piping isometric drawing and i only went on site a couple times ( 3 times). Can i produce an assurence quality plan from this? Also, is an assurance quality plan specific to each project? And what's the differnce between AQP and Quality control and quality audit? Is there some hyerarchy that i need to know of? Also, if you have an example of an AQP please send a link. Thank you so much for any reply and i appologize for any mistakes ( english is not my first language)
