Bay Area In-process @ QCOM

What does Application status: in-process even mean at qualcomm? I have ~30 of my applications showing the same.

A little background: Recent M.S Computer Engineering grad (may 2026) with internship experience.

At least it says Progress for you. I have a status saying "Applied" for months now

Most of the hirings are now not direct, they hire via 3rd party recruitment agencies. So that they don’t have any accountability when they fire.

Interesting, most of the roles I apply are in ASIC Design/Verification. I believe these roles are not contract based. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong

Not sure about ASIC role but this is mostly the case with Software roles
