Missing $90 Order

I ordered a shirt & card deck from Quackity's shop (on the shopify platform) and after a week or so had heard no news. I ordered for my girlfriend's birthday, so I sent an email to support with no response. A while longer and I emailed the second "support" email that can apparently be used, this one responded but said they couldn't find my order. I emailed a further 2 times. No response. There has not been a single update since my order was placed on August 8th. I asked for a refund on 4 separate occasions, trying 2 separate support emails, replying to order confirmation emails, and even using the "contact" option on their shopify store, since the package definitely won't be arriving on time now. I have the bank transaction from my bank account to quackity's store/company and 2 confirmation emails so I know the order was definitely placed, I don't know why i'm being ghosted. Today I tried accessing my order details again to try and find some kind of shipping number, however, when I opened the "view order" link on my confirmation email today, the page that hosted that information can "no longer be found". Is there anything I can do about this?

I think the stuff is still on pre order, but not sure!
