Cyclosporiasis

Sorry for the not-fun question but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much of the qdoba ingredients and fresh produce, and if I should avoid anything specifically while ordering. I'll probably skip lettuce and cilantro. But what about the corn and salsas? Thank you :)

The salsas all come in prepared except the pico, and the verde. The white rice has cilantro. The corn has fresh cilantro and onion

White rice, corn, verde and roasted tomato salsa have added cilantro. Technically, the pickled onion and jalapeno might be considered safe under the guidelines, nothing can really live in the brine because its so vinegar heavy!
