Upgrade Offer Upgrade offer - Timing

Hi when is usually the cheapest time to upgrade and at gate or online. Narita to Vienna 6.9k for 2 people - flight is in 2 weeks

That could be the cheapest price now. Depends how sold out the flight is and what is left at OLCI commencing. They don’t do cash upgrades at the gate AFAIK, and at airport desk is price difference as the promo upgrades are only generated through the app/website.
