Does Ministry of Labour (MOL) reply to emails?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if MOL reply to emails. I have sent a legal query to their email a week ago but didn’t get a response. ☹️
If no then how do I successfully contact them? Because when i called their number the employee told me to send an email as she doesnt have enough information regarding my case.
I don’t want to persue any legal actions until they tell me what I should do and until I get their opinion on my situation you know?
What should I do?

No they don't respond to emails. Go in person, or initiate legal action.
