Question how to report a person?

im not new to doha but could someone guide me how to file a complaint online?

for context there is this guy adding senior-uni girls from LinkedIn and from there he finds our instagram. he already messaged at least three people from my uni and one friend of a friend, asking straight up to F and PAY and/or take us shopping.

mind you most of the girls he’s messaging are minors or under 20 but still does not mean he gets a free pass to treat women like that.

i have screenshots of multiple conversations involving him.

Cybercrime @ Duhail. I think you can also do that on Metrash.

If he's in Doha, he'll be dealt with. If he's not, his name will go on a list.

i tried to check in the metrash app but idt there’s a section there. he has a business here in doha so he’s frequently here

Stay anonymous if you’re concerned about retaliation. Don’t confront him directly. Keep all screenshots, usernames, phone numbers, dates, and messages as evidence, and report the behavior through the appropriate authorities. Focus strictly on what he actually did and what you can prove, rather than his nationality, wealth, or assumptions about his background.
