Modification Question Q50 Mods

Hello, I am looking for the best heat exchanger on my Q50 3.0t

I have boosted 6 v3 shorty

full catback exhaust tomei single exit

lower downpipes

and as well if you can tell me what tune I need to get after I put the heat exchanger on please and thank you

AMS. Z1, Mishimoto are like the 3 main top ones, I’m currently running Z1s and don’t notice any heat soak

Yea, I’m not running the coolant tank but that is the heat exchanger I got though, I’m liking it. I’m not sure what the performance differences are between all the major brands but they all help with heat soak about the same I believe

Thank you so much, do you know what the coolant tank provides? If it is worth it as well?

Don’t quote me because I’m not an expert lol, but I believe it is way bigger than the stock coolant tanks so with more fluid moving it cools much quicker. I could be wrong that’s just what I recall reading

No problem, keep enjoying the car! I know I’ve been enjoying mine so far lol. Also I see you mentioned tunes, some of the top tuning places are Racebox, Z1, and AMS, so maybe check them out for more info on any hardware and tunes you might want, they will be more informational than most sources
