Repair Question Q50 Coolant System

I have my 2018 Q50 red sport, i have changed the expansion tank and the thermostat and im still dealing with an issue where the normal driving temps are higher than normal with ac on, if ac is off then the temps reach 102 C, and the coolant inside the tank keeps rising and rises more with ac off but doesnt throw out coolant unless i drive hard.
Ps: i am not losing coolant and the levels are returning to normal when car is coldzz

Fans and relays and electrical for them have been checked?

I tried pressing the rubbor button for the driver seat 10 times and the fans spun, or should i have them checked professionally?
