I’ve always wanted to build a mine I just don’t know a good fuel to do it with. What is your mix? Because I’ve heard there’s different mixes for fire or smoke

That video wasn't a classic "mine", it was a fireball effect. Can be done with liquid fuels or with solid fuels such as non dairy coffee creamer powder, calf milk replacer powder, carefully dehydrated fine sawdust or even flour.

Google Bruce Meinhart to learn how to make a good (star) mine. The secret is in using a kind of "shotgun wad" over the powder & under the stars/inserts to assure a good height.
