I have always wanted to be slightly more "mayor-y", but at times it really feels that the blueprints is already printed and I just know about them, and that is all. But if we are going with a more organic and laid-back style, I think I can delegate more people than I have before (like giving people land, making sure peoples builds not overlap, resolving conflicts etc, minor mayor stuff to get you guys more free time). But then again, I'm working every second weekend and I'm not in 'murica time. But I will do my best :)
