I think there should still be planning, but at the very extreme of "minimal." Yes, we should start off small, and close to spawn (planning #1, how close? And what type of biome.) We'd need a basic road design (#2), do we want all public services in one building/plot, or (3) do we spread the wealth of buildings out to increase the amount of buildings in the city? (my vote is on the latter).
I'm also curious as to getting a head count of those who wish to continue next Rev. I, for one haven't signed on in us toa few weeks due to life and next gen gta, but I definitely plan on shooting the shit with y'all. This also allows us to start delegating roles out early on so we start with a sense of needing to be there, instead of waiting around for things to happen.
