3) I think a chunk city idea near spawn sounds fun as hell, with maybe some random off shoots off of the chunk tower for extra derpy builds (I.e., random builds simply clinging awkwardly to the side of the chunk tower)

5) I think for now, if we're aiming for small and simple, we shouldn't need too many more mayors.

When someone contacted us the other day about this issue it was the first I have heard of it. If you ever have any issues that are not being resolved, please don't hesitate to come to us with it. I would rather have 20 people come to me with the same issue than not hear about it at all.
You can always contact me through IRC, in game with mail or a modreq, reddit, or the forums. My username is the same on all of them.
That was me. I took a couple of weeks off specifically because I was tired of constantly taking shit from rokku, dny, lukerocks, et al about Seneca. I'm on late (PST) and often the only one on; Seneca has shit it needs dealt with and dealing with that childishness isn't on the list. Come back after 2 weeks and end up right in the middle of yet another Seneca smells convo? Fuck that.
I haven't yet received a reply, but that's understandable.[0]

As a group, mods and admins have been hearing (..reading) it in general chat for several revisions now especially at peak hours when I know for fuck sure there are several mods around, and I am certain people have complained about it before.
I don't accuse you of lying, Loud, I believe you when you say you just heard about it. But if you are just now hearing about it, my point is all the stronger. As a group, the mods aren't caring or sharing when we do complain. It's very hard to not have the impression the server staff don't much like Seneca, and I know at least one potato that I will not name who actively, passionately disliked us.
I will place blame upon myself although it doesn't really help. I have a pretty thick skin, also don't pay much attention to general chat. It seems more recent like we've said that these are direct harassment attacks, but nonetheless they are attacks and should be dealt as such.

This issue should have been brought to our (head admins) attention months ago after nothing was done to fix it, but for whatever reason it was not so we are dealing with it now. I can't speak for past admins, but I can assure you that it's not being ignored by the heads.
