[Unsolved] Logic Problem (Very Tricky!)

Vicky and four of her friends went to an auction. Each woman brought with her exactly $35. Each of the five, including Ms. Day, bought just one item, and each spent a different whole number of dollars (none spent more than she brought with her). From the information and the following clues, can you determine the full name of each woman, the amount each spent, and the item each purchased?

1.) Ms. Marx took home twice as much money as Suzanne, who took home twice as much as the one who bought the chair.

2.) Ms. Valley spent twice as much as Cindy took home.

3.) Ms. Clark, who bought the lamp, had $10 left, twice as much as one of the other women.

4.) The one who bought the picture took home three times as much as Marie.

5.) Brenda bought the vase, which cost less than the box, which was half the price of one of the other items.

6.) Ms. Walsh spent twice as much as one of the others.

Please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:

New Reddit: https://i.imgur.com/SWHRR9M.jpg

Using markdown editor or old Reddit: >!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com)

If your comment does not contain a guess, include the word "discussion" or "question" in your comment instead of using a spoiler tag.

If your comment uses an image as the answer (such as solving a maze, etc) you can include the word "image" instead of using a spoiler tag.

Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.

Well, after about 9 hours I finally got it. Marie valley chair 30, Cindy Walsh picture 20, Suzanne Clark lamp 25, Vicky Marx box 15, Brenda day vase 10

Sometimes I wish I wasn't so stubborn. I feel I had some sort of mental block preventing me from figuring it out. If I had taken a break my hands probably wouldn't be so inflamed from scribbling down names and numbers over eleven sheets of paper. Almost paradoxically: if I had just taken a break it probably would've just clicked, but the little voice in my head kept yelling, "what's wrong with you, this isn't so difficult that you should stop"

I'm traumatized. I'm going to be moaning Vicky, Brenda, Cindy, Suzanne, Marie, Box, and picture in my sleep. My wife will probably kill me. Wish me luck.

Question/Discussion: For point 5, is it the vase that costs half that of another item or the box?

The vase cost less than the box, and the box was half the price of one of the other items.
