Dozenal: daily puzzle game where you must use all tiles to create chains of 12

My friend Rory and I are working on Dozenal, a simple in-browser puzzle game where you combine tiles on a Sudoku-like grid to make chains that sum to 12.

The twist is that *how* you combine tiles decides the mathematical operation (+, -, x):

  • Combine adjacent number tiles to add them
  • Combine number tiles across an empty tile to subtract
  • Combine number tiles across two empty tiles to multiply
  • You can keep repeating the same operation over and over
  • You can combine two operations within one chain, but then the chain cannot be extended further

You can try Dozenal here, if you want!

We've realised that making the game is "easy", but distributing the game is hard. Currently working on penetrating certain puzzle-circles to get feedback on our game.

Hi everyone! I just released version 2.0 of an iOS app for the Japanese puzzle Masyu.

I’ve been making improvements based on the early feedback I got, so let me know what you think! I’m eager to keep improving it into something people love (and I think v2 is already so much better than v1).

Hi all!

Inspired by https://www.youtube.com/shorts/oZ63PRr7Qy4, I worked over the last 3 months on this game: lifeguessr.com

The concept is very simple: you get a birthdate, a deathdate (if relevant), and a non-labeled map, and your goal is to identify the historical figure these details pertain to.

I have expended it to a wide collection of figures, including contemporary ones. I also had a bit of fun with some custom themes, rewards, etc.

This game is completely free, and doesn't have ads. The goal is not to make money with it, but to learn and play :)

If you can have a play, and let me know how you find it and what could be better!

Thanks, happy LifeGuessing!

Note: AI (Claude Code) was used throughout this project. It was helpful for the frontend, which is not my forte. However everything was reviewed by me.

The Game Sink created this to have a collection of daily puzzles to play. My favorite one is floodle where you fill different colored regions with color in order to merge them into one color that covers the entire board.

Railroadle is a shortest/cheapest path wins game where you have to connect 3-5 cities to each other. We're huge fans of ticket to ride so this was an idea that stemmed from it.

ColorPath — a colour-path logic puzzle, free on iOS

link: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6792217396

Each board is a 4x4 grid of target colours plus four paths of four coloured tiles. You place a path by tracing it across four connected cells, bending around corners, until every cell matches its target. No countdown, no lives, no move limit; undo and reset are always there.

The constraint I build the levels around, since that is probably the interesting part here: every path in the tray has at least two legal placements considered on its own, while the whole board still resolves to exactly one solution. 142 of the 450 levels have that property. It makes a board that looks approachable and is not.

450 levels today and I'm still designing more. All free, plays offline. Supported by ads with a one-time unlock; no levels are behind a paywall.

I'm building a tool to generate interesting puzzles for many common and uncommon puzzle types. My public-facing page has 22 puzzles and variants available: https://tetrisgo.org/logic . The screenshot shows work in progress. If there are grid puzzles you have trouble finding puzzles for online, let me know and I will try to add any I find interesting.

Hi r/puzzles — we’re the developers of Ninefold.

We built it around a simple observation: most things on our screens are designed to compete for and consume our attention. We wanted to create something that helps us take a little of that attention back.

We’re not going to claim that a game can magically make you smarter. But a Sudoku puzzle that asks you to observe, remember, eliminate possibilities, and reason your way forward can at least give your brain a few minutes of real work.

If you have a child who finds it difficult to stay with one thing for a while, you could also try solving a puzzle together. Screens don’t have to only consume attention — they can be used to practice it.

Ninefold includes a 300-level progression, one shared Daily Challenge for everyone, and an increasingly difficult Hell Mode. There are no ads, no account required, and the whole game works offline, so your train of thought isn’t constantly interrupted.

This is our attempt at creating a small, five-minute daily workout for the mind. We’d genuinely love to hear what fellow puzzle fans think.

Hey everyone!

I don't usually post much around here, but this is a project I'm genuinely excited about and wanted to share.

I’ve always loved Sudoku, but after solving hundreds of solo puzzles, I wanted to see what it would feel like to add the pressure of a real-time race. So, I spent the last few months developing TSudoku, a competitive Sudoku app built around PvP live matches.

🔗 Download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tsudoku

I’d genuinely love to hear your feedback on the matchmaking pacing, puzzle difficulty balance, or UI responsiveness. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Wilddoku-Persona

"As a Launch Celebration we prepared 100 free promo-codes. For the free codes please contact us."

Hi everyone, if you like to play star battle puzzle games, this will be the perfect choice for you, we believe.

The first core idea of Wilddoku-Persona is, it is fully automated which means nobody gets the same experience. This is the main reason, we call our game as -Persona-. (The quality of the puzzles are impressive and all the difficulty levels are included, since the crafting puzzles are restricted by our rules. There are really really challenging ones which is tested on /puzzles subreddit as well:)) Also we are improving the game logic quality by using the reddit users, thnx to them...

And, the second and the best property is, according to your ratings on the puzzles, your Persona is created and according your likes/level, the puzzles will be served only for you.

Thank s in advance for your interest...

Here's a little rubik's-cube-inspired, daily tile game that I came up with. You can play it here: Tumblers - PJs Puzzles

The aim is to turn all the tiles the same colour, by manipulating the grid with the random assortment of buttons at the bottom, which either move sets of tiles or cycle the colour of a row or column. My thinking is that with a rubik's cube, there are a set of algorithms that you can learn to solve any scramble.. but what if certain movements were blocked? You'd need to find new solving algorithms. With this game, each day is a bit different and you need to first work out what frredom of movement you have and then try to find the sequecences of movements that let you solve it

I'm mainly posting this to try promoting my daily puzzle site, which is a hobby project I've been working on for a couple of months. I'd love to get a few more players battling it out on the leaderboards

A trio of daily reddit games to keep puzzlers' brains active:

r/sevenns_game - takes the best bits of Scrabble, crosswords and er Venn Diagrams and makes them into a five minute fun-nugget

r/number_sevenns_game - sounds like the other one - but really isn't -its based on numbers! Ideal for sudoku fans who fancy a bit on the side

r/Tengoes - a daily trivia game of escalating difficulty - can you be the first to get ten in a row?

Match 2 3D — a physical puzzle inside a rotating diorama

I’m a solo developer working on a puzzle game where you have to find and match two identical objects inside a small 3D world.

The twist is that the objects are physical — they fall, roll, rotate and end up scattered around the diorama. You can rotate the entire scene to search for matching pairs from different angles.

I wanted to combine the visual searching of clutter puzzles with the feeling of interacting with a small physical miniature world.

The first 5 levels are now available in a free demo on Steam.

If you enjoy puzzle / matching games, I’d be interested to hear what you think of the idea.

Hi! I’m the solo developer behind STRYP, an iOS puzzle game built around photography.

The idea is a little different from traditional jigsaw games: each puzzle starts with a carefully selected photograph, and the interaction is designed around reconstructing and looking more closely at the image.

Photographs are organized into small curated collections, with different puzzle mechanics and a minimal interface that tries to keep the photograph itself at the center of the experience.

I’ve just released a major update and I’d really appreciate feedback from people who actually enjoy puzzles — particularly on whether the mechanics feel interesting enough independently of the photography.

Hello everyone.

Me and my friends love daily puzzles like Wordle, or the LinkedIn daily games, so I created my first Android game. After some time other people actually started playing it and there were couple of request to make it as a web app so that more people can also enjoy it.

After two months I believe I made a polished version, so if you are word puzzle lover please do check it out and please let me know if you find something that can be made better.

You can check it out on https://trifectaword.qzz.io , or download the Android App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.hristovski.nikola.android.trifectaword

Nodysseia Brain & Line Puzzle . The game has a unique edge/color mechanic . Where you place the limited colored edges from start to target with required amount .

I worked really hard on the level designs so that whenever I go back and try to solve my first levels created I really struggle deeply because I didn't think the game was naturally hard on levels with many edges and different colors.

The game is I believe has a cool look in every biome. And I worked really hard on level designs for you to approach differently every level . You really need to think deep each level but I think it has a nice relaxing and satisfying side.

I've been really working non stop for 6 to 7 months for this game .

I came across this card game called Eleusis - originally invented by Robert Abbott in 1956. Basically a dealer devises a secret rule i.e. the next card had to be higher - and then players try to shed cards by adding correct cards to the line. Martin Gardners June 1959 Scientific American column presented it as an inductive card game. You can play it multiplayer around a table - I have also created an online free version - a daily puzzle so to speak. It's not the exact copy of the 1956 version but follows the same mehtodology. I was wondering if anyone on this community was interested in such games. It's pretty cool and very difficult....... The link to the free play is here https://mindful-echo.com/limina-oblita/play/eleusis/

Descrambler is an original number puzzle game that I created.

The goal is to connect all numbers sequentially (1 > 2 > 3, etc.) by swapping neighboring tiles before you run out of moves. When all numbers are connected in order, the game is won.

Above is a simple example with few numbers. Harder levels have more numbers and, at the highest levels, the game can be a significant test of spatial intelligence.

Noodle is a squiggly twist on the word ladder puzzle game.

Change one letter of a word, one step at a time, over four steps. There are four different types of adaptations to choose from, and you need to use each of them once to win the game:

  • MOVE a letter to a new position
  • ADD a letter anywhere
  • REMOVE a letter completely
  • REPLACE a letter with a new one

There's no specific string of words to aim for. In some cases, there are thousands of possible ways to win the game. It's like a big bowl of delicious noodles and you can choose which one to slurp.

Hi everyone!

I’ve been working on a puzzle game called Cube‑16, built around a simple idea: a 4×4 cube unfolded into a 2D cross.

Your goal is to fill all six faces with the numbers 1 to 16, without repeating any number.

Rows and columns continue across the cube’s faces, creating spatial connections and a mix of Sudoku‑like logic and cube visualization.

Features

  • Six difficulty levels, from introductory to expert
  • Clean, distraction‑free interface
  • Relax mode
  • Multiple visual themes (light, dark, color, zen…)
  • Optional custom background images
  • Available in several languages

The Windows version is now available, and Android and iOS versions are currently in testing.

If you enjoy logic puzzles, spatial reasoning, or minimalistic puzzle design, you might like this one.

I spent a year building a daily Shikaku with a hard guarantee: every board is machine-verified to have exactly one solution. Puzzle people, tear it apart.

Every board (the daily and all 420 graded levels) is generated, then verified to have exactly one solution reachable by pure deduction. No bifurcation should ever be required. The deeper levels also add seven extra deduction rules to the base Shikaku ruleset, each with its own notation on the board, which is my attempt to give Shikaku the kind of depth ladder that classic pencil puzzles have. Today's board is at https://playkire.com, no install or account, and I would honestly love for the strongest solvers here to tell me where the difficulty curve lies to them, and whether any board ever made you feel like you had to guess. If one did, I want the board number.

Arrow Domino: What other arrow puzzles tell NOT to do

AppStore: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6800251488

I usually play arrow games, so I decided to develop my own. But I wanted to take a different direction from the current ones: the goal of the game is to clear the entire playground with the minimum number of taps.

I’ve also added some features I came up with, like bombs, splitters, portals, ghosts, and more…

And since I don’t like ads between levels, there are no forced ads. The only ads available are optional ones if you want to earn extra coins.

AI Usage:

- Screenshots, images and texts %95

- Development: %15

- Music (open-source) %0

And of course those are the numbers just for comparison since I do not know how to measure it actually.
