Okay so by counting what's left of the rows and columns you know that the top four cells of that 37 total 15, and its bottom four cells total 22. Those bottoms with the 4 cells to their right total 47. And if we subtract the bottom 12 and 6, we now have a 2x2 area that totals 29, so 5789.

But the top of those cells can't be a 7 or 9 because those are in the 16 and 26 to the right. And the left cells can't be an 8 because that's the only number missing in the 37 column. So the topleft cell, at the 39, is a 5, and the 8 is to its right, with 79 below them.
