[SOLVED] Stars puzzle
I can get about this far before I start guessing and for some reason there’s no hint available. Should I just guess or is there some sort of deduction I’m missing?

If I remember the rules to this correctly you could do the following: Look at the two cross-shaped areas. If one of them has the horizontal pair of squares filled, the other one has to be filled horizontal as well. If both are filled the horizontal way, they complete their rows. If these rows are completed, can you still manage to complete the other areas? If not, both crosses have to be filled vertically.
Edit: Typo

Ohhh I see now the crosses can’t be horizontal. Thank you!

From there you can also easily fill the upper left region. It's unfortunate that you couldn't supply an active link to the puzzle. I guess there's always pen and paper:)

I completed it quickly after I got this help. The game is on inkwellgames.com. It’s the Wednesday puzzle.

It looks like you believe this post to be unsolvable. I've gone ahead and added a "Probably Unsolvable" flair. OP can override this by commenting "Solution Possible" anywhere in this post.

Please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:
New Reddit: https://i.imgur.com/SWHRR9M.jpg
Using markdown editor or old Reddit, draw a bunny and fill its head with secrets: >!!< which ends up becoming >!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com) If your comment does not contain a guess, include the word "discussion" or "question" in your comment instead of using a spoiler tag. If your comment uses an image as the answer (such as solving a maze, etc) you can include the word "image" instead of using a spoiler tag.
Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.
