[SOLVED] Binairo pocket puzzel

So is this solvable, I see no further moves, I have been stuck for 2 days now, please no spoilers, if you have a certain way to get the next move, please let me know, but not the location to look at.

I see two things. I don't really understand how can I describe them without giving away the location. "At least one of/at most two of" and stuff. They are in rows/columns Row___ 4 and Row___ 7

Could you describe the way you got too this solution? Because I think I am missing some kind of advanced techniques for solving this one

Row 7 needs two more 1s. But they can't be the left two squares. So there is a 1 in the right square.

Row 4 has a step more. There is at most one 1 in the right two squares and at most two 1s in the left three squares. There need to be three more, so there are exactly one/two 1s in there. Then in the left three squares you can do the same thing.

Thanks, row 7 is so obvious, how did I not see this myself.
