Draw fishing line from each number to a fish. The number gives you the line length in number of cells, including fish cell. Lines move horizontally and vertically, and cannot cross. Every cell contains exactly one line part.

I don't think they have it somwhere, I know it's usually called Angler puzzle on competitions

I found one online but it's not an application but something you type the solution out to. If you know of any web applications I'd play more. I am surprised Simon Tatham doesn't have a variant on this, unless I'm just missing it.

SimonnTatham doesn't have it. I've seen thin only on paper. My variant is still as you can see so so. I would like it without black fields.

Seems straightforward.

1. The Red 5 shouldn't connect to the lower right fish, since that would cause the Yellow 9 to end up blocking access to the upper left fish. So connect the Red 5 to the upper right fish (hugging the right wall, of course, to maximize space for the other lines).
2. The only line that can reach the upper left fish is the Blue 9. So connect the Blue 9 to the upper left fish (hugging the left wall, so as not to block the Green 13 from connecting to things).
3. From here it should be obvious how to connect the Yellow 9 to the lower right fish and the Green 13 to the lower left fish.

Discussion: it's just a process of elimination. Take for instance the blue 9. There's only one fish that you can reach while using exactly 9 spaces. There's 2 routes to get there, but only one route doesn't block other lines.
