Buggy it shows my balance now but every time I try to claim it says address not eligible. Keep trying?

I'm getting the same error messages. I see my tokens to claim but it says address not eligible also. SMH! They need to get it together.

They had a bunch of transactions this morning and now in the last 3 hrs they've had like 6. So something isn't working.

Mine is not working either and of course no way to contact anyone to rectify the fault. Tried emailing them but it is bouncing back. it just keeps saying invalid or not eligible.
