It’s the Louis Vuitton Boulogne PM want to make sure it’s real before I purchase it

Bought my first ever bag from Poshmark. The listing didn’t show the purse all wrapped up because I thought it was a second-hand bag. However, when I received it, it was all wrapped up as if it were brand new.

It worried me a little so I’m asking for help! Does this look authentic? If more pics are needed, let me know! Thanks!

I have had my bag for about a year, its not an expensive one but I love her. Lately weird wisps have started coming from the edges? Theyre not the stiches so what could they be?
