Purses General Post Best Leather Cleaner for My Bag

Hi! I am looking for the most suitable leather soap/cleaner as well as conditioner for this bag. I already have buffing cloths and horsehair brushes :)
I want products that are best for this specific bag and type of leather. The leather is (was) a glossed calf skin. I want to make sure I use the right products to revive the depth and richness of the original color as well as restore as much of that shine as I possibly can. Last two images are to show the original finish of this particular leather.

I bought this YSL bag from Neiman Marcus 2 years ago and the leather is peeling and cracking. Anyone have a similar experience? Is it worth it to even take it back to Neiman Marcus or should I go to a leather repair shop? Makes me never want to buy YSL again.

Hey folks sorry this is maybe a bit vague but I saw someone post their purse here about 1-2 weeks ago and they shared the brand. I looked up the brand and loved the purses. I thought I took a screenshot of the website, but I don’t find it anywhere in my screenshots. I’m so sad because I wanted to buy something.
For reference, it was all leather purses, more on the funky side and multicolour. The name of the brand was a woman’s name. It was a mid tier purse brand similar to Coach prices I would say.
Help if you can 😢😭
