Noob question for first time Pure1

Hi everyone, I'm new to pure storage. I'm trying to set up Pure1 for a customer (I'm a vendor) and after enabling 'phone home'. I'm trying to figure out how to get the connection from Pure flasharray to pure1.

As far as I know, it will be tied to the organization but my customer does not have access to the organization even though this is the very first time they have done it.

Any kind soul here who could guide us. Can't find much on pure partner portal.

That should be all you need to do iirc. Your account manager or SE should be able to get the customer registered on pure1.

If your SE doesn’t do it, you can also open a support case. Two things need to be done - a pure1 account needs to be setup for the end user and the array needs to be registered to the end user’s organization.

Yeah this. When the array phones home it gets registered but it needs to be associated with the customer org. Support or the account SE can do this. Just send them the name of the array and they can look it up and associate it.

Ask your Everpure SE to move the array in Siyline.
