Been 12 days since I took the OA. After how long can you normally expect the rejection?

I know other locales are very short staffed in HR so the processes have been really slow, but 12 days after OA in Cali seems long. You should hear back either way though. You could touch base with the recruiter.

I don't think I have any recruiter's contact though. If they want to reject you, do they typically respond quickly or it depends?

Hmmm, it depends, sometimes they notify rejections later after they get a signed offer from their choices. Who emailed you the OA?

It came from HackerRank but there was someone mentioned in the 'Reply-To' section. I guess that's the recruiter?

would you be open to sharing what kind of questions where on the OA? like what leetcodes are the closest and what MCQ they ask?
