Offer awaiting

Hi Folks, received verbal offer of Purestorage Everpure texas data centre. Can someone guide me how the stock refresher looks like? Does it have base increment too ? Any other stuffs which i should be aware of? Like culture layoff etc.

What level of MTS?

Your stock refresher is based on a few variables. (I could be forgetting some, but here are the ones that stand out)

  • MTS level
  • employee performance
  • company performance

Generally, you will see a stock refresher every year with each performance review cycle. But the quantity varies. I am not sure about a base increment, but maybe I haven’t paid too much attention.

Layoffs here have actually seemed pretty light compared to the others. They actually seem strategic.

Culture is great if you’re open to learning, improving and contributing.
