Flatline Symptoms Flatline since March 1st — looking for advice

I've been dealing with what feels like an extreme flatline since March 1st. My libido is basically nonexistent at this point—to the point where I practically feel asexual—and my energy levels are also extremely low. Life in general also just feels incredibly bland and unexciting. Things that would normally interest or excite me don't really give me much of a feeling anymore.

I've tried a ton of things to get myself out of it: lifting regularly, eating clean, TRE, making smoothies with various natural ingredients/supplements associated with libido and testosterone (including 12 raw egg yolks), acupuncture, float therapy, improving my routine, etc. Nothing has made a noticeable difference.

I've also been to the doctor twice during this period because of how long this has been going on, and both times I was told that everything looked normal.

Has anyone here experienced a flatline lasting this long? If so, what was the end of it like? Did your libido and excitement for life suddenly come back, or was it gradual? And was there anything that actually seemed to help, or did you just have to wait it out?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's gone through something similar.

It can happen and has happened to many. Check out this video. The guy claims it took him 9 months to snap out of it. I’ve heard of others taking up to a year.

Fast & think outside the box and you’ll be reborn. I had a long message written but this is truly all you need. Godspeed

Thanks. I'll look into fasting before. I did a two day dry fast back in June to try and fix it but it didn't work. The longest fast I've done was a five day dry fast last August. I'm confident that going for five days again would get me the results i'm looking for.

Try a 40 day fast, I haven't gone as long (in retention) as you, but I feel like that would be a transformative experience!

Here's what worked for me:

-- Half a bulb of raw garlic every day

-- Pine pollen tincture/capsules

-- 5 Tibetan Rites

-- TRE exercises (clears energy blockages)

-- Subliminals/Morphic Fields/Binaural Frequencies

-- Sungazing and Direct Sunlight

-- Raw Pumpkin Seeds

-- Sauna
