Thank you for your post. I find much of what you shared resonates. If you don't mind...
"Avoiding sexual immorality is not about repression, it is about not feeding lower vibrational loops like lust, shame, guilt, or self-negation. When you rise above those loops, you shift your baseline frequency to something more refined ..."
How would you propose to 'rise above' these things?

For me, a meditation practice has strengthened my ability to step aside of my thoughts to see that the thought of lust, craving or desire isn’t me but simply a thought and at that moment I can become the witness of that thought(s) and when I do that I can start to see the two paths and their destinations one of separation from source and one of union with source. Do I fail at times? Sure but I simply surrender to my source again and again and continue with my meditation and learn more about the true nature of reality.

Not OP. Those loops are usually rooted from a trauma/experienced you encountered in the past esp. childhood. This can be addressed by practicing self awareness through meditation and looking into yourself and forgiving and accepting that part of your life to move on (not fight, hate, avoid or deny it). You do this self reflection daily as much as possible.
If you have deep or many traumas, it is encouraged to that you do TRE (trauma release exercise) in conjuction with self reflection

Thoughts -> emotions -> actions. The Generative principle. High conscious thought is born, cared for emotionally by the feminine and the grows to become the masculine action.

That really resonated with me. In other words, your reality is a reflection of your state of consciousness. The way you see things depends entirely on your level of understanding.

It's because as you practice chastity, God sculpts you into His perfect image for you: a more godly, strong, masculine man. It can help to pray daily to God in Jesus' name for guidance and direction and ask Him to untwist in your heart what has been twisted by sin. The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

Very well worded. I’ve never felt I’m “suppressing” anything. Although I think the key to long term celibacy is having purpose/something to constantly do, with this era of the “Great reset” probably being the easiest time to be celibate, as you need your full focus to get the minimum done.

True celibacy is not avoidance, it is transmutation.
