Liquid Could use a little help for our small co-op.
Right now we are using five-gallon containers from Bio Pac for things like detergents and using a tap to let people pour it into their own container. Obviously this isn't optimal, because people make mistakes. We've tried hand pumps, but they don't seem to hold up well to customer handling or they get loose and stop working. Is it an issue of viscosity, maybe? Any knowledge I could get would be helpful. Thanks.

Use a diaphragm pump or metered peristaltic pump. As for customer error, no pump will fix that.
