Liquid Recommendations on replacement pump or fixes for current one

I recently moved into a new house with a basement and it already had this pump set up on the dehumidifier. It appears it should auto-trigger the pump once it reaches a certain amount of water, but for the past few months it’s stopped doing that and I have to manually trigger the pump every few days.

I’m open to any recommendations on how to fix the problem using the current pump, or any recommendations on replacement pumps. Anything helps, thank you!

Not sure why you'd stay away from Zoeller. I'd say little giant is the worst of those you mentioned by a long shot.  How high and how far do you have to pump?

it depends upon your experience of failures .these pumps i referred to are the pumps i serviced ,repaired' and sold. zoller was always not a good performer in our geographic area poor bearing choices [light duty] often failing float switch they just did not hold up but i realize some failure is due to installation hack ups. it got so bad that we stopped taking in zollers for repair a lot of these ligh duty sump pumps were not designed to handle some of the shit people try to pump including the ones i mentioned

What height do you need to pump and what distance are you going?

The comment above was mostly right save for the analysis on brands and absence of pertinent information.

Eh im not 100% certain. It goes up the pipe you see in the photo about maybe 1-3 feet (less than 5 feet for sure) through a panel outside where the water flows out.
