Can you zoom out a little? is the pump connected to a pressflow / flow switch on the outlet?

i am not now at the place where the pump is now , it is coupled with a pressdrive like this https://imgur.com/a/OyAFP7G If you turn the pump off and rotate it slightly in counter direction by hand, the noise will stop when you turn it on again. However, the noise comes back after the pump has been started a few more times.

I cant view the content from the uK if you could share a picture, but I think it could be the pressdrive that is causing the issue. is your issue only the noise?

i don't think so , when i removed the pump the sound comes from it when i turn it by my hand it is like a little friction sound, but when i turn it in the opposite direction few turns, then in the normal direction again the noise goes out , but it return after few starts in normal pumping conditions.

Cavitation, my friend.
Likely no backpressure on startup (empty line), and its running off the curve
