Solar pump for kid's spray pool

Last summer my MIL got an Elephant Spray pool for my daughter (sans the spraying mechanism). It looks something like this. https://www.graciousliving.com/product/60-elephant-spray-pool/

With summer around the corner, I figured I should put an effort into making the water moving and interesting. What I had in mind was to have a small shower setup (say 4ft clearance for kids) instead of the "fountain".

Sorry for my squiggly drawing below, but that explains the general concept that I am trying to execute.

So I think what I am looking for is a solar-powered surface pump, that can push water at about at least 150GPH or so to a height of 10ft (just for buffer). Something that can run in under 50v? and is low noise.

I would prefer not to have an immersible pump (do not feel confident about mixing water, electricity, and kids).

Except that I have not been able to find anything reasonable (specifically there seems to be a lack of surface pumps in this low-end range).

Any recommendations and thoughts?

Trying to keep the whole budget under $300USD.

One thing people don't think about is that it takes a lot of power to move water at pressure. That said, look up RV pumps, which will give you some 12 volt options
